About the Products
Q. How do I care for the clothes?
All KasuRekids clothing is 100% cotton.
You can safely use your home washing machine.
However, if using a washing machine, please place items in a laundry net and avoid using a dryer. We ask for your cooperation in "cherishing and continuing to wear them together."
Here are other care instructions to ensure your clothes last longer.
＊ After washing, turn inside out, reshape, and hang dry in the shade.
＊ For light-colored items, use a detergent without fluorescent brightening agents. Do not use chlorine bleach.
＊ Iron at a medium temperature, using a pressing cloth, and iron from the reverse side.
＊ Store in a well-ventilated place, away from direct sunlight.
Q. Is there a place where I can try on clothes?
We hold irregular try-on events.

Q. About shipping
Orders placed by 1:00 PM on weekdays are usually shipped on the same day.Orders received on Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, and during the New Year's holiday will be shipped on the next business day. Please note that in cases of out-of-stock items, delayed arrivals, or during busy periods, it may take several days for your order to be shipped.

Q. About cancellations and returns
Orders can be canceled only for items that have not yet been shipped. Please contact us via the inquiry form to do so.
*If you cancel after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs (plus cash-on-delivery fees if applicable).
About Buyback
Q. How do I get a buyback?
We accept inquiries via our official LINE account, so please register first and then contact us.
Q. What is the buyback price?
We estimate around 25% of the used selling price.
Example: Used selling price ¥7,000 → Buyback price ¥1,750 (25% of used selling price)
(If there are stains or tears requiring repair or re-dyeing, the assessed value will be the amount after deducting the costs incurred.)
About Rentals
Q. How long can I rent for?
You can rent for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 1 year.
Please choose from <1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year>.
Q. Can I extend the rental period?
Yes, you can. Please feel free to contact us via the inquiry form one week before the return deadline.
Q. What should I do if the rented clothes get dirty or torn?
Stains and tears that occur as a result of children playing actively are not subject to compensation.
Since the clothes are made of 100% natural cotton, if stains or dirt are severe, we will re-dye them with "indigo dye," and torn clothes will be "repaired."

Q. Why are you committed to a circular economy for children's clothing?
Adults can achieve slow fashion by "cherishing and continuing to wear existing clothes" and by "choosing used clothing or ethical fashion when purchasing new clothes."
However, children in their growth phase may outgrow clothes in just one season, so a "system" is necessary to achieve slow fashion. Clothes designed with reuse in mind, featuring simple plain colors and timeless designs unaffected by trends, can realize a circular economy for children's clothing.
