Q. Can I machine wash KasuRekids clothing?
Yes. KasuRekids clothing is machine washable.
All KasuRekids clothing is made from 100% cotton. When using a washing machine, please place the garment in a laundry bag before washing.
To help keep the fabric in good condition for longer, please avoid tumble drying.
Please note that dark-colored items, including natural indigo-dyed garments, may experience some color fading or color transfer. Please wash them separately from light-colored items.
To help your KasuRekids clothing last as long as possible, we also recommend the following:
- After washing, reshape the garment and dry it in the shade.
- For light-colored garments, use a detergent without fluorescent brightening agents. Do not use chlorine bleach.
- When ironing, use medium heat with a pressing cloth and iron from the reverse side.
- Store away from direct sunlight in a well-ventilated place.
Q. Can I try on KasuRekids clothing?
We occasionally hold fitting events.
Information about upcoming events will be announced in NEWS and on our Instagram.
Q. When will my order be shipped?
Orders are usually shipped within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed.
We do not ship on weekends, Japanese public holidays, or during the New Year holiday period.
Shipping may take longer than usual depending on product availability, order volume, or other circumstances.
Q. Do you offer international shipping?
Yes. KasuRekids ships internationally to selected countries.
Orders are usually shipped from Japan within 3–5 business days after your order is confirmed. Shipping fees are displayed at checkout based on your destination.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination country or region and customs clearance.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and carrier handling fees depending on the destination.
Unless collected at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

Q. What is your cancellation, return, and size exchange policy?
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they are shipped. Please contact us through our contact form if you wish to cancel your order.
Size Exchanges for Orders within Japan
If the size does not fit, we accept size exchanges for unused items within 7 days of delivery.
Please contact us before returning the item. Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. KasuRekids will cover the shipping cost of the replacement item for the first exchange.
Please use a trackable shipping method when returning your item. We will provide the return address after you contact us.
Returns for Orders within Japan
We accept returns of unused items within 7 days of delivery.
For returns due to customer preference, customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued after we receive and inspect the returned item.
International Returns & Size Exchanges
We accept returns and size exchanges for unused items within 7 days of delivery.
For returns or size exchanges due to customer preference, customers are responsible for both the return shipping cost to Japan and the shipping cost of the replacement item.
Import duties, taxes, VAT, customs fees, and other shipping-related charges are non-refundable.
Please contact us before returning any item.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, KasuRekids will cover the necessary return and replacement shipping costs. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Take-Back & Circularity
Q. Can I return my KasuRekids clothing after I no longer wear it?
Yes. KasuRekids offers a take-back program for customers in Japan to give our clothing a new life and pass it on to the next person.
We assess the condition of each item and issue a KasuRekids brand coupon equivalent to its assessed value.
Depending on its condition, returned clothing may be resold, repaired, re-dyed, or remade into something new. Our aim is to keep each garment in use for as long as possible.
If you are in Japan and would like to use our take-back program, please contact us via our official LINE account.
Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping items back to us.
Our take-back program is currently available in Japan only.
As KasuRekids grows internationally, we hope to develop local systems where clothing can be collected, repaired, resold, and given a new life within each region.
Q. How is the coupon value determined?
After assessing the condition of the item, we generally calculate the value at approximately 25% of its resale price and issue a KasuRekids brand coupon for the assessed amount.
For example:
Resale price ¥7,000 → KasuRekids brand coupon worth approximately ¥1,750
If repair, re-dyeing, or other work is required, the associated costs may be taken into consideration when determining the assessed value.

For Retailers & Partners
Q. Can retailers offer KasuRekids clothing as a rental service?
KasuRekids does not currently offer a rental service directly to individual customers.
However, we are interested in working with zero-waste stores, sustainable retailers, and other businesses that want to explore new ways of engaging with clothing beyond simply buying it.
